About our Leader

The office has embraced the spirit to serve professionally with a kind heart from our leader, Paul Dawning. He has enjoyed being a part of the State Farm family for over 30+ years. Paul is married to his lovely wife, Chae, and has two adult children in which he is very proud. Giving back to the community is very important to his values. He volunteers his time and talents to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Northwest Indiana Board of Directors in addition to serving on the Gary Chamber of Commerce Board. In prior years, you may have seen Paul coaching kids on his Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, and Pop Warner Football teams. Paul loves helping the kids! Paul also loves Indiana University! He prides himself on becoming a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity while completing his studies there! He constantly reminds us they are the greatest fraternity ever incorporated!
